So i can take it out of its old tower and move it to a new tower, so that i know what all the plugins are on the motherboard ( so i don't plug some thing in the wrong spot ). like the UBS ports, sound ports, and all other plugin on the board... Thanks!
under the processer it says.. HT2000 MCP61PM-AM REV:1.OA 15-VO1-011011
on the sticker it says.. MCP61PM-AM(SFIS S/N) VO111400472B4CB8
It sounds that you have an ECS MPC16PM-AM mother board. If it is, then visit http://www.ecs.com.tw and from the download section download the users manual. Such details are given in the users manual.

So what is the problem. Any motherboard will fit into any case the same form factor or larger. This is probably a standard ATX board and case and will fit fine in a full tower
My wont turn on too, There is a orange light on the tower, Green on the left, Battery ovel, If I push the restart button, also switch the power supply switch in the back, also unplug from it, Sometimes does it, Do ou know whats causing this to happen, Please let me know Thanks
You should be able to change your tower case as long as the form factor is the same as the motherboard you have. The form factor is the description. Example: If you have an atx motherboard then you can remove it from your old case and install it in an atx case. You can do a google search on the make of your motherboard and this should give you the specifications. In order to find out what kind of motherboard you have you can remove the side panel of your case and look inside on the motherboard! Make sure you don't touch anything inside the case as you could do some damage, this relates to static discharge, I won't go into that now though. When you look at the motherboard the make and model number should be printed somewhere. Once you have these details do a google search. If you are able to locate your motherboard details online there should be details on the kind of hard drive you can install. I don't know if you have an old motherboard or a new motherboard but the ports on the motherboard for a hard drive are normally IDE (Integrated Drive Electronics) parallel port or a SATA (Serial Avanced Technology Attachment) port! The sata port is easier to install. You should be able to locate these details online once you put your motherboard make and model number in. You can of course post all the details here and someone might be familiar with that motherboard. Good luck. Andrew
Since you are looking inside, try this. Trace the wires that come from the power switch back to the Motherboard. The wires from the switch will connect to two pins on the motherboard. Carefully jump those two pins with a screwdriver and the machine should turn on. I would suggest doing this with all drives and cards unplugged first.
I have seen with some of the small form factor dell's that there can be a motherboard problem; my expirence with the regular towers and the steady amber light have been power supplies. I have a dimension 9100 that is three years old now and I am on my fourth power supply. I am not sure that you would have one laying around, but in my past expirence its been teh power supply. On the ones that I have seen where it was the motherboard you could clearly see on the chipset where it was damaged from heat (it was burnt).
Hope that helps
