Ford f150 shuts down at 2300 rpms and speedometer goes past 100

Sounds to me like the clutch is worn and slipping. If there is chatter when engaging the clutch, it may also be a worn throwout bearing.

It's not a gas pedal, it's an air pedal. Fuel injected engines are all about air flow at idle. take off the intake snorkel and check out your throttle body. You may just need a new throttle position sensor, or the Idle solenoid that regulates idle air flow is stuck. The computer will try to compensate, but it can only do so much.

I have 2011 ford f150 5.0l and i boost a car sens that na service engine light came on somme time and shut off my speedometer and lost of power and if i shut the key it reset for a wil help0 me please

there should be a cable that comes from side of transmission

better take it to a local shop to get a digital readout of errors.....it could be transmission related

I would check the idle air control valve, also you might have a bad coolant tempuature sensor, I would also check the air filter and repalce the fuel filter, if it hasn't been changed.

After sitting that long, a fresh transmission filter and
fluid might clear it up. Hope this helps.

if the truck feels like,
the more gas you give it the slower it goes,
you might want to check for a converter plugging up.

i doubt it's the buzzer. check the wiring where it goes inside the door first.

when i bought mine the speedometer odomoter and raido didn't work
put in a fuse that wasnt' in got them all and now when u are driveing it shifts out of gears or sometimes it wont shift past first any ideas?
