Dont know how to turn the volume up on this headset
Im am not understanding how to turn up the volume on this headset,l cannot follow directions,l dont understand what they say when it tells how to raise the volume on this

Turn your headset off. when you turn on yourheadset back on , push the volume you wish to control the volume with. this buttom you choose shound be your volume up button now.

You don't specify which headset that you have. I would need to know
which one and check all the connections to know why you aren't hearing a
dial tone.
Here are a few things you can try -- try checking all the
connections, unplug and replug back in, make sure that they are in the
correct slot.
If it is a wireless headset say like a CS50-CS55 there is a
1-4 on the side, check to see if the #1 is in a 3 O'Clock position.
Is
this a computer headset, wireless, corded, bluetooth, MP3?? Can only
give recommendations of things to try.
Windows isn't directing sound to the headset plug. This can be changed under control panel sound.
Sometimes it will asign itself if you turn on the computer with the headset already plugged in.
Also check the settings under all programs --- accessories -- entertainment -- volume control
and make sure the volume isnt too low or muted for the device.
there is an inline volume control located on the inline remote. Meaning that on the cord you should see the volume on the remote that is built in-line..

tried pairing with a different phone and turned up the volume button...don't know which change made it work but it worked fine. So I'm guessing it might have been the voume was not set correcttly.
while talking to your party try the volume on your phone, it should come up as bluetooth or earpiece volume if it does just turn it up and dont forget to hit the set button. good luck m.m. p.s. some times the volume isnt set at the factory. im fighting that problem now on two of my seven h-700s. this may be a solution it may not im letting you know my experiance as best as i can.m.m.
You may need to reset your Bluetooth devices. Please follow the steps below:
1. Delete BT150 from cell your phone (if listed).
2. Turn your cell phone off completely, and remove battery for 10
seconds. Please consult your phone provider prior to removing battery.
3. Connect the BT150 headset to the charger for 10 seconds, then unplug.
4. Place the battery back into your phone and power your phone on.
5. Remove the headset from the AC cord.
6. Turn off the headset by pressing the answer/end button until the light flashes rapidly, then release.
7. Turn the headset on by pressing the answer/end button until you receive a flashing blue light.
8. Press and hold the answer/end button and the volume plus (+) button
until you receive solid blue light. This may take up to 10 seconds.
9. Go into the Bluetooth menu on your cell phone and follow the cell
phone’s instruction guide for pairing a Bluetooth headset. This
generally involves going into a “devices” or “hands free” menu and
adding a new device. Your phone may ask if you want to pair with
the headset, accept by pressing “yes” or “OK” and confirm with the
passkey or PIN 0000 (4 zeros).
