Please check your RAM

You can try to update your video driver from dell at "support.dell.com".
You will need to enter the service tag number of your laptop and follow the instructions to download the driver.

Unplug the monitor video cable from the computer. Power on the monitor and see if you get the same results. If so then your monitor is defective.

We might be having issues with the video card or the LCD
For us to isolate where the problem is coming from
1. Tried accessing the BIOS see if the vertical lines are present
2. If there are vertical lines on BIOS definitely the problem is LCD and we to replace it
3. So if we see vertical lines inside Windows we might have issues with Video Card itself or Video Card driver
4. Try uninstalling the video driver and install a fresh copy of video driver. Else we need to replace the video card
5. Usually laptops have integrated video. So we need to replace Motherboard

Best advice will be contacting the manufacturer .

Your laptop screen has been faulty. you can checked it from service center.

your display is going out you can contact Dell for a replacement.

If you can see the vertical lines during POST, try to check the vertical lines in BIOS. If the vertical lines are there in BIOS, the only thing you can do is to replace your LCD screen.

that is due to lcd filter units , try to align, precision work
