Hi, Go to 08 mode. Enter 263 and press START. It will show the current password. To change press C to clear and enter the new password.

the default password should be "123456".

If u did changed the default password, then u need to enter setting mode 08 - 263 to check or edit the password.

F120 error is Database Abnormality

Please switch off the machine
While holding down 0+8 buttons, switch the machine, when in test mode please input 684 and press the start button. that will rebuild the databases. Then input 690 and intialize the hard drive.

I encountered the same problem a few years back, I found the power supply to be faulty.
You can try checking all the fuses on the power supply.

Sorry that is all i have at the moment.

The problem is this : Thermistor or heater abnormality at power-ON: Abnormality of service call the thermistor is detected when power is turned ON or the temperature of the fuser roller does not rise in a specified period of time after power is turned ON. the solution is to change thermistors

C410 is fuser temp related erro. Could be bad thermistor, worn roller or open thermostat. If you can't reset in 08-400 to 0, parts are needed.

see if the DHPC is enabled if so disable and give the IP address in copier. and ping in run command type: ping ip address space and -t to be entered to get reply.

You will have to remove the waste toner bottle, put some cleaning solvent in the bottle and wash the toner out of the bottle.
Please the bottle out to dry before you replace it in the machine.

Make sure your connecting wires are still connected and not loose. If you have a new network you will need to update it in the memory.
