If you are unable to access the internet, it is an issue with internet access. If you are able to access the internet, it is an issue with the picture message settings internally with your service provider.
The internet is necessary for a picture message because the picture is an attachment on the text message. The attachment/picture is downloaded via the internet and without the internet, it cannot be downloaded.
Regardless of whether the phone can access the internet, it will need to be troubleshot by a member of the technical support for your phone company. Contact them at your earliest convenience to have this issue fully resolved.
thats one way to do it. but if you want an easier way with no cords attached lol. try this. if you have internet on your pc and an email. you can send through picture message on your cell phone to your email. yea its kinda simple. your cell phone should have all the same characters in text for your email . here you go
in your messaging screen, choose settings (soft key). Under "all messages" choose option 2 "auto erase". Switch this to on. If you also switch "auto save" to on, it will store up to 50 texts before deleting the oldest text as new ones are received. Anyway, turning auto erase on is the way to fix your problem. I don't know what it is, but razrs can be finicky like that sometimes.
