Ok to start you do not need a manual to activate the power switch on the mainboard. If you take a flat "standard" screw driver or like tool and gently go along the chasis "tower" connectors on the mainboard you will be able to find the -/+ for power. Brush against the mainboard connectors two at a time and the board will power up when you brush the correct two. When you find them take the correct chasis pin and slide it on as PSW "power switch" If you do not get power up at this point and you know the power supply is good most likely the SB "south bridge" of the mainboard is bad. That being the case you will need a new board. When you have power from the power switch yet it will not send power to the CPU then the NB "north bridge" is no good again meaning a new board. You can buy a power supply tester at any large pc outlet store under $25 usally. Hope this helps and good luck.

I have one sitting in front of me , unfortunately I cannot get it to you but will be happy to tell you the positions. It's not very difficult to fix and I will stick by until you get it correct. I hope I don't complicate this in an attempt to keep it clear and don't be insulted by my answer. I am guessing you don't have a great deal of experience working inside the box and it can become confusing. This is much easier than the length of this answer suggest. You will do this in about 30 seconds, move anything that is in you way and make a note of where it came from. If your hand is small you are lucky but don't force anything and if you are pushing on anything trying to get down there see what it is before pushing more. Better to move it.
There is a front panel connector that is on the bottom right of the board if you orientate the board by placing the computer access panel in front of you with the front of the computer facing to your right. Then right below the floppy disk controlled socket (the smallest flat cable in the box) if no floppy the empty socket below the battery.
There is a double row of pins, looks like 2 rows of 10 pins each. Mine are multicolored, pink and green etc. and the should be marked + and minus, at least plus. The number 1 pin is on the left. The 1 pin is actually the bottom left and the 2 pin is above it. Back down to the bottom row and pin 3 is right next to 1 and the 4 pin right above it. Pin 3 is the second pin on bottom left. Follow the way it goes? The bottom is 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 and right above 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20.
Pin 2 is + so put your Power SW on pin 2 and 4 with the colored wire on pin 2. Colored wire in the pair should be positive, and it can be blue, red, green, mine is red and white.
The Power LED goes right next to the Power SW on pins 6 and 8, the colored wire on pin 6, mine is blue and white. And finally the HDD LED goes on pin 7 and 9. All counting from the left to right. My pins are not marked as I think its not critical how the LED is connected and if it does not light then reverse those 2 pins. My colored wire is on pin 7 and its blue. May as well finish, the Reset button is wired to pins 17 and 19 with 17 being positive and the speaker if you have one hooked up (your tiny internal speaker not for listening to music) is a 4 pin connector with the middle 2 sockets empty and fits over the last 4 pin s on the bottom right. 13, 15, 17, and 19. Pin 13 is +. There may be other wires but I don't know where they go depends on what they are but this is what you need. Good luck. And make sure all is unplugged and touch the box to ground yourself or wear a strap. Look but don't touch is a good rule for now.

Starting at Pin 1 (Hard drive LED) is positive + & pin 3 is ground -. Next, Power LED, Pin 2 is + & pin 4 is ground - .
Letter C, is for the reset switch, Pin 5 is + & pin 7 is - .
Power on/off switch, pin 6 is + & pin 8 is - .
The letter I is used for the internal speaker. The positive pin number 16 & ground pin number 10, letter G

How can I plug my motherboard?

Power supply unplugged from my motherboard. So please give manual of this motherboard.
My PC will only blink on for a half-second when I turn on the power.
When I remove the JATXPWR2 ATX Power Connector which provides +12V to the CPU power circuit the PC boots up. When I plug the 4-pin power connector back in, I still get no response from the PC.

replaced a MS-7184 MB with the FOXCONN 761GHK8MB-RS on a HP Pavilion a1250n. On the MS-7184had a HD not connected after a earlier wavy herringbone screen on video. HD was OK in other PC. Replaced power supply, now the motherboard.
After installing the 761GHK8MB, nothing turns on, no LED, no fan on power supply, zip. Reconnected old MB with just front panel jack & 24 pin power jack and turns on OK, power supply fan on, LED lit.Dissconnected CPU power jack, no change. Am I missing an interlock?
The 1394, comm, aux jacks not connected (no place to connect). What am I missing?
