Check its speaker first. It sounds that the speaker is out. If it is found OK, check for any loose solder terminals at the audio output section circuit, of damaged component/s there.

Hi,There are three cause of no sound,ethier the problem is in the speaker,sound driver or output and from the audio setting.First is check the setting, that you already done that what you sad.Now check the speaker if good or not,Use analog or digital tester to check the speaker if good or not or test the speaker to the other amplifier to identify if good or not.If the speaker is deffective replace it and if the speaker is good the problem is in the sound driver.Maybe the sound output ic is deffective or no supply.Thats why it is needed to troubleshoot and repair the sound circuit section of your television.Thanks

first check the speaker setting in the menu see if the speaker is selected ON. if the speaker is on then check the SAP function of the set. check this with the remote with the MTS button on the remote. keep hitting the button untill the word stereo appears.

may be you will need to replace the audio power output ic. Check too speakers.

Maybe you have to scroll through the Closed Captioning options or your menu for a bit until you find it and maybe you blew your speakers

the audio amplifier is faulty,
the following can be checked, audio amp IC ,
speaker continuity resistance
the output be checked on pins voltages.

try to short the spider transistor along ic amplifier. it is in a mute

your audio setting is set to 5.1 and your do not have enough speakers to hear all the sounds. I suggest to change the setting to 2 speakers and you will be able to hear everything. good luck
