Set the camera audio switch to line, not mic feed. This switch is on the camera. Adjust the audio gain to -60db in the menu settings.

Horizontal stripes on play back

the stripes are caused from one of the heads on the dd cylinder not updating. you need to stick a head cleaner in, if that does not solve the problem then either the head is going need a thorough clean or it is damaged. it will need replacing.

take the tape out of the camera. you don't need to put a tape in the camera if you are not recording in the camera.

Tried all advices but no solution...

cleaning with rubbing alcohol may have aggravated your problems - rubbing alcohol contains glycerin, which may tend to worsen the connections. to clean the connectors, use only _denatured_alcohol or electrical contact cleaner. the only connectors I have had to clean are the two leading to the video head.

Ag-dvc7

most likely cause of this problem is loose or dirty cable connections to the video head or mechanism in the camera. get a tech to disassemble the cam and check the flex cables connecting the main board to the mechanism. same fix is good for AG-DVC10 and AG-DVC15.
