I have no prob , but I wanna Buy DVX102BE Pal
Wow mate you are looking to get a nice camera there, I am pleased you are keeping away from the DVD or H Disk type as they were never very reliable and simply never did work with movies, your camera has a good zoom, 3 CCDs in the system, a massice inprovement on the last model of this type from that group.
Cannot go wrong, only thing I see about it is you need to buy 2, then I would send you my adrs details hi hi>>>
Anyway my friend you have fun, I know that you will.
Bye

PSD Warning Panasonic DVX 102A
I can help you with this.Disassemble the right side which includes the lcd display,so you can see the lens unit.Use a blower to blow air inside and point it to the lens.Better if you can remove the lens unit and blow air on it with caution and then assemble it back the problem disappears.
PS
If problem insists remove ccd block and apply inside a small amount of grease on the metal axis inside ois coil which is used for moving coil mechanism for optical stabiliser purposes.CAUTION THIS ONLY IF NO RESALTS WITH THE ABOVE METHOD.GOOD LUCK!

Ag-dvx102a can,t focus manual
you can't manual focus if you have a remote control hooked up to the focus/iris port on the camera, you will only be able to use the remote. Otherwise, try turning off Auto Focus.

About the Panasonic DVX102B.
make sure the gain button is in the L setting for low. Also, when shooting in 24p fast movements are going to give you this effect so you must slow your pan (side to side movement of the camera) to less than specified in the manual. In other words, slow pans. Also, these cameras do not like super cold weather. Sorry.
