You need to clear that error from service mode first if problem persist replace the fixing unit

The fixing film assembly needs replaced.

recommended main board 1reseat everything on the boards and the connection between the two there is a comms problem between Cont 1 & Cont 2

Thats a fuser problem. Check Yours fuser unit if you have a complete set replace the faulty one and have it checked.

It's a heat rod error code. It can be reset but will come right back untill the problem is fixed.press additional functions, 2 and 8 together, then additional functions again. on touch screen press copier>function>clear>err>ok. if the machine starts up ok, go to additional functions>common settings>energy consumption in sleep mode and set it to high. if it doesn't code again after this the fixing film unit will be ok, if not, replace it.

Detection of abnormal temperature increase in the fixing assembly.
Most of the time just change the fixing assembly. part # FM4-6227-000

The error means that there is a problem with the transfer belt unit. You may need to replaces the transfer belt unit. You may need a service person to resolve your issue.
