You have to refit the micropump gear, this is happening because this gear should be out of its place. It's on the left side of your printer. I.ve just solved the same problem.

Not a big problem, try resetting the printer using the # and the number 6 buttons, holding them down and then inserting the power cord at the back of the printer.
In case it doesnt you can always contact a free online technical
support with an online live techbuddies technician at

My advice would be that if your printer is in warranty then call up HP Total care as u
will get a replacement if the issue is not fixed over the phone. But if the machine is Out
of warranty, then you can try the following:
Make sure the printer is connected directly to the wall socket(No Porwe Surge or anything).
1) Power Drain: Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer, then press & ho;d the
power key for 30 seconds, then release the key & plug in the power cable back.
Check if the problem is resolved.
If Not
2) Partial reset: Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer again. Press and hold
the # and 3 keys together and while holding them plug the power cord back in.
Check if the problem is resolved.
If Not
3) Semifull reset: Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer again. Press and hold
the # and 6 keys together and while holding them plug the power cord back in.
Check if the problem is resolved.
hope fully the problem will be fixed by this. Please let me know

The printer is not getting enough power. When you get this error message it means the printer is being turned off by unplugging the power cord. In this case it maybe that the printer is not getting enough power due to being in a surge protector or perhaps the power module is no longer holding power correctly.
First step is to disconnect printer from any power strip, surge protector, or extension cords and plug in so directly to the wall. If printer still will not stop looping cycle you may need to contact hp for a new power module.
