MY JCL 49.5 CC 050A scooter will not start and it was fine!

Ok...here goes anyone who has any ideas on what is wrong with my scooter please HELP!!!!!!!!! IM DESPERATE TO GET THIS THING RUNNING.I have a 49.5 CC JCL 050A Ok so basically ...my scooter was running fine with no problems, I wanted to keep up with the scooter to prevent anything from happening and of course I jinxed myself...
it all started when I went to do a simple oil change..the drain plug would not come lose and in trying to get it off to drain the oil IT SNAPPED and all the oil drained out.  The circle piece around the drain plug where you attach the wratchet was stuck so I had to chiesel the remaining pieces of the drain plug out in doing so I made a small crack in the rightside crankcase cover (where the oil goes In) so i had to replace this enitre part the right side crankcase cover because just getting a new drain plug bolt would still have leaks of oil....so I ordered the new part ...it came in I took the black plastic fan cover off and the fan, then I am looking at the circle gold metal thingy that spins with a T and F on the side anyways I couldnt get this piece off so I had to go to auto zone and rent a GEAR PULLEY...so I finally get the gold metal piece off and then I was able to take the three remaining screws out of the rightside crankcase that needed to be replaced.  
I removed the old rightside crankcase cover and put on the new one, screwed it back in, attached the wire thingy behind the gold circle piece, the attached the gold circle piece magnet back on, attached the fan and cover....filled it with oil , then went to start it up...and NOTHING!!!!Like i said before the scooter worked fine until this happened.  NOW IT WONT START UP.  I checked the spark plug and I am not sure if I am getting a spark, so i bought a new spark plug and still no start!!!...I do not see a spark when I hold it to the unpainted engine and try to use the electric start so I dont know if I am doing this wrong or if my spark plug coil wire needs to be replaced....i checked all fuses the one coming from the battery and changed both the clear one and the 5 fuse.  I removed the carb and cleaned it completely with carb cleaner.  I tried to use starter fluid just a little spary into the carb and still NOTHING!!!! I DO NOT KNOW WHY MY SCOOTER IS NOT STARTING!!!! the kick start does not start it up either....SOMEONE, ANYONE , PLEASE HELP...i have called various places and everyone refuses to HELP,,,,I ALSO SAW TONY's post from JCL who said to call him with any problems with a JCL and i did, AND HE HUNG UP ON ME AND TRIED TRANSFERRING ME AFTER I TOLD HIM THIS WHOLLEEEE STORY!! wow great big help tony thanks for nothing.
