Reset bios password

Try using a PS2 keyboard or a USB keyboard with USB-PS2 adapter.
USB port may be disabled at BIOS.

The number is printed in on the mainboard by the pci socket.

Have you tryed to upgrade the bios ???
Whats the fault in more details ???
Any visible faults ???

Try to renew the cmos (cr2032) battery:



And try to boot again.
You have to setup the clock and the boot settings for the drive.
Because removing the battery will reset the bios to factory defaults.

A fault in a graphic card or drive can also cause this.

It is impossible to increase the performance of a built-in video card except increasing the video RAM. The more RAM you add the less main RAM will be allocated to the main memory. The reason is the video card uses Shared RAM.
To increase the video RAM go into the BIOS setup - video display - memory allocation.
The best way to improve is to install a video card in the AGP expansion slot, you may need to disable the on-board video in the BIOS.

Try to remove RAM from modules then plug it again, also you can reset Bios settings to its default setting..If still happens then your need to try to upgrading your Bios...
Another possibility is usually caused by memory, and you can try with different Memory.

Remove the CMOS battery in the motherboard for some time and then plug it again the bios will be reset to factory defaults with no password. CMOS battery is like a coin in the motherboard with positive sign (+) in the upper side.

OR

In the motherboard there is a bios reset jumper, it has three metal with two of them was use by the jumpers as the default, just move the jumper place it occupying the third metal point leaving the first. wait for about 1 min then return to the original setting occupying the 1st point, turn the unit on and CMOS will be cleared off.

This could be a bios setting problem.Try resetting the bios to default.
Remove memory sticks for a minute and then reinstall.

Clear your CMOS or reset the BIOS. If it still does not work, unplug the power cable then hold down the power button for 1 minute then power it back on.

Case1-if system is working than run cmos.exe
(download from internet)
Case2- if system is not booting than reset system jumper.

Disconnecting the hard drive will not influence the system's graphics. If the display turns on, then abrubtly turns off when you power on the machine, check to make sure the CPU is good, if it is a known working CPU, and the CPU is suppoted by your PC, you may need to reset the bios to default* Then boot the PC, and if it functions, enter bios, and set the settings as needed.
