My unit is cycling on and off every 2 minutes or so.

Recently, my unit started cycling on and off about every two minutes or less. It will not run continuously in either heat or cooling stage. This causes the unit to run practically all day to keep the set temperature.

You say heating or cooling? DO you mean the INDOOR, Out Door, section or both? Is this s heat pump (if so it will have a setting on the thermostat that is labeled E or EMR or Emergency Heat).Do you use Gas heat? ELectric Heat?

Discribe your thermostat please. I will post back.

This can be due to a faulty thermo sensor or if the unit is fitted with a pressure safety switch, it could be short of refrigerant.

Wont run. It blinks

YOUR UNIT WKL 4000 CONTROL BOARD HAS THE FOLLOWING FEATURE ON START UP UNIT WILL RUN FOR 30 MINUTES IF IT DOENST BRING THE TEMPERATURE IN THE CELLAR BELOW 70DEGREES IN THAT TIME IT WILL SHUT OFF AND DISPLAY E1, YOU NEED TO UNPLUG UNIT FOR 15 MINUTES(NO LESS THAN THAT) AND THEN PLUG IN AGAIN IT WILL RUN AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES ABD IF IT DOESNT BRING THE TEMPERATURE BELOW 70 IT WILL SHUT OFF AGAIN.YOU WILL HAVE TO REPEAT THIS CYCLE TILL IT GOES BELOW 70DEGREES (MOST CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO DO THIS CYCLE TWICE).ONCE THE UNIT BRINGS THE TEMPERATURE BELOW 70 IT WILL RUN NON STOP TILL IT MEET THE SET COOL POINT.IF YOU REPEAT THIS STEP SEVERAL TIMES AND THE UNIT NEVER BRING THE TEMP BELOW 70 DEGREES THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING ELSE GOING ON, LIKE A REFRIGERANT LEAK.CHECK THIS LINK FOR THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT EXPLAIN THE FEATURE I TALKED ABOUT AND OTHERS ON THE CONTROL LER OF YOUR UNIT(SENTRY III)http://www.breezaire.com/downloads/sentrymanual.PDF

Fridge seems to run too frequently

How old is the fridge? Newer units will run more frequently and make "running" noises.

I will make about 12 3" passes over 3" square

Nothing's wrong with your gun or machine. Your unit has a duty cycle of 20 percent at 90 amps, meaning that it will work (weld) great for 2 straight minutes and then it needs to cool down for 8 minutes. The duty cycle it is measure in 10 minutes lapses.
All you need to do is to let it cool down, and start again. That's all.

Miller home heater -runs but clicks off and on,off and on, during heating cycle .so far it keeps coming back on to get up to selected temp but this hickup during heating cycle, what problem does this...

If the burner comes on and then after a while the burner turns off for a short time, minute or less then starts again, you might have a problem with your fan motor or a very dirty air filter. I could be going off on high limit and then resetting and working that squence of operation. Also if your unit has been worked on recently, a larger then needed nozzel could have been installed and the unit fan can not cool the heat exchanger quick enough.

Whirlpool dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry a full load of clothes

I would check for a faulty high limit thermostat. This is a small round device mounted on a metal plate and attached to the internal ductwork. It's recommended that the thermal fuse be replaced at the same time and may come as a set from a parts supplier. I will attach a photo of a fuse/thermostat for reference. Remember to disconnect the dryer from power source before attempting any repair. Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.

Check the voltage on the outlet, make sure it is 115v -- 122volts max, any less will cause it shut off, make sure the polarity off the outlet is correct and it is grounded, check all of your wiring connections, if all this is ok replace unit with a different unit or different supplier of unit
