Kocaso tablets are junk...save your money on the screen and get a google nexus 7 2013 model...best 7" tablet on the market...I love mine!!

you are going to have to get online and get ahold of kocaso to see if you can either get a replacement tablet, or do you need to buy something else, what i am seeing is they will replace if your warrenty is under a yr old, if not then your going to have to find out from them what to do

No, Kocaso only operate a whole replacement policy, they do not do repairs.
