Hi I have a caffitaly modal so1hs/po1hs , I having a prom with mine , the water dos not go into cup I have cleaned it twice and still , it's doing the same thing need help please thanks Julie Donnelly
The Caffitaly Machine Beeps when it needs Descaling...the reduction in the water flow is an indicator that your machine badly needs this maintenance procedure to be completed. Refer to Page 15 of your User Manual.
