You need to get someone out to look at it. Noise issues are rarely able to be diagnosed remotely.

is a speed sensor problem or the card connectors are wired specifically where the motor wires, sometimes that part is too hot and breaks the solder

SOURCE: landice L8 automatically turns on by itself

It is either the control board or the overlay. I would think it is probably the start button on the overlay that is stuck. The solution is to replace the overlay.

1)LUBE the deck belt, maybe you have a deck belt worn, by lack maintenance.
2) Lube the rollers bearings, in according with the maintenance schedule.
3) Test the main motor for voltage input, if there are the motor need repair.
4) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
5) After fixing RUN the software calibration for diagnose, and troubleshooting.

The treadmill belt is making a noise and feel like it hesitates for a second while I am walking.

If it has a low pitch growling when you start unit then the running belt is too tight and the adjusting bolts need to be backed until the growling noise is lessened or eliminate without the running belt slipping.
If it is the drive belt slipping, the adjustment bolt is underneath the frame so you will need to elevate the treadmill and adjust the bolt until slippage is eliminated without over tightening the drive belt.

I have a Landice L8 and the error code L5???

LS Error on Landice L-Series Treadmills with Belt Movement Probable Cause A LS error on the Landice L-Series treadmills can also look like L5 and this error code means there is a loss of speed signal. This error can occur with belt movement but speed will not increase. Causes for the LS or L5 error with belt movement are:A) Speed sensor is out of adjustment
B) Speed sensor is damaged or faulty
C) Display cable is damaged or faulty
D) Improper speed control wiring Corrective Action A) Speed sensor should sit parallel with the flywheel and gap between speed sensor and flywheel should be within 1/16". Adjust speed sensor if necessary.
B) Inspect speed sensor connector to relay board. Check for pushed pins or loose wires. Repair or replace speed sensor assembly if necessary.
C) Inspect upper harness or display cable connector to relay board. Check for pushed pins or loose wires, giving specific attention to pin 5 (brown) and pin 9 (green). Repair or replace display cable if necessary.
D) Inspect speed control wiring:
  1. Checking purple wire from V+ on pwm board to P3 on the relay board
  2. Checking orange wire from P1 on pwm board to P1 on the relay board
  3. Checking brown wire from P2 on pwm board to P2 on the relay board
  4. Confirm P3 on pmw board has no connection
Correct speed control wiring if necessary.

Landice L8 Cardio trainer giving messages on readout P4 and L5

I've definitely never seen "P4" on a Landice before so I'm not entirely sure on that one. The other issues seem like they might be associated with stuck keys on the console. It's a very common problem if you have it in a humid area and/or it gets sweat on it during the work out. Being that it's a Landice, you should have a part warranty on it. Have you contacted them?
