When I run on the treadmill from time to time this clunking sound starts , seems to be coming from the back end of the tread mill . I assume it's the rollers . The machine is exactly. A year old , it was purchased new . How do I ge tried of that noise Thank you

is a speed sensor problem or the card connectors are wired specifically where the motor wires, sometimes that part is too hot and breaks the solder

Check wall outlet for power , then if outlet is good unplug unit remove motor shroud you will see a charcoal or white ceramic fuse check it if open replace blows again immediately you have a shorted lower board. It is either the control board or the overlay. I would think it is probably the start button on the overlay that is stuck. The solution is to replace the overlay.

this may require proper troubleshooting but it is either the belts on the motor needs changing or the track belt ihas come to the end of it's usage life... but check thorougly.

1)LUBE the deck belt, maybe you have a deck belt worn, by lack maintenance.
2) Lube the rollers bearings, in according with the maintenance schedule.
3) Test the main motor for voltage input, if there are the motor need repair.
4) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
5) After fixing RUN the software calibration for diagnose, and troubleshooting.
