take your battery out and keep the ac adapter out aswell hold power for 15-20 secs replace battery and ac adapter then try powering on if not message back i got another idea ok
Please have your SIM checked with another phone to confirm if this is the fault of the Phone but if there is the same issue with another phone then the service provider must be checked. call up to inform.
However if otherwise your phone needs a recheck, possible fault in the network section. clean and reset once again.

MEMORY TEST MEM WILL BE LOST PRESS FUNC IF OK - Three prompts are displayed to warn you that a destructive memory test has been initiated, and to inform you that the contents of the SRAM will be lost if you proceed with the test.

MEMORY TEST (or) MEMORY -OK- (or) MEMORY ERROR - The memory test runs continuously until you stop the test. During the test, the message displayed on the terminal screen alternates between MEMORY TEST and MEMORY -OK-. The message MEMORY -OK- indicates that no memory problems were detected during the previous test. NOTE: If a problem is detected during the test, the error message ***BAD RAM*** is displayed. If you see this message, contact your local VeriFone representative for assistance.
To stop the test, press any key while the MEMORY -OK- message is displayed. The message MEMORY ERROR is then displayed to indicate that the contents of the memory were erased during the test.
If a fault condition occurs in the printer, the status indicator on the control panel flashes on and off, and the message display indicates the specific fault.
For the operator-correctable faults, After correcting the displayed fault, press the CLEAR key to clear the error message and status indicator and resume printing. If the fault message reappears, contact your authorized service representative.
If a fault is not correctable by the operator, you may try two steps to clear the fault before calling your authorized service representative:
1. Set the printer power switch to O (Off), wait 15 seconds, then turn the printer on again. Run your print job again. If the message does not appear, it was a false indication and no further attention is required.
2. If the message reappears, press the CLEAR key. If the message disappears, it was a false indication and no further attention is required. If the message reappears, call your authorized service representative at 1-800-243-3338.
