Does the 234d Finesse overlocker Have a Roller hem Plate or is it just a Setting I Need to do on it..?

This is a tricky problem, without being in front of the machine.
1. check that thread comes thru machine with ease (pressure foot up)
2. rethread machine starting with lower looper (right hand thread)
3. make sure that when pressure foot is down there is some tension on the thread, (sometimes stuff gets stuck in the tension discs)
4. if that fails, suggest having a repair service check it out for you.
