Thompson makes phones under the GE label. model numbers end with EE1 EE2 EE3 EE4 which indicate the total number of handsets in the package you bought, so the manual for EE2 EE3 EE4 are the same thing. here is a link to the EE3 manual:

Is your model number something like R22 or R24?

If so, "EE3" is "Magnetron (1) and (2) failure".

Most commonly this is caused by a bad door switch or door switch mount or a bad connection or bad relay on the circuit board.
