The CCD is bad raise the document feeder. under the big glass to your left is the CCD assy. Unless you know which screws to remove you remove the wrong ones and all your images will forever be messed up. so recommend a tech come out and replaced it. have open close the front door to reset the code

You have a firmware fault will require tech to fix they have access to the copier operating system firmware, which is company secret no public so only dealerships and KMBS have access
