You can't sync 2 balance boards to one wii.

I heard this is why but this isnt confirmed...
the wii can only register 4 controllers at one time... the wiifit balance board counts as 2 controllers, leaving only 2 controllers available... obviously a person would want at least one regular controller to use along with the wiifit balance board, so just using wiifit leaves only one free controller slot available...

Wii Fit doesn't support two players simultaneously (except for jogging, and that doesn't require the balance board).

I am not aware of any software that supports more than one Wii Balance Board at a time, but I don't see any limitation in the Wii itself why it couldn't be done.

Press the wii fit board on and just get a flashing blue light for about 5 secs
get the wii fit board backward and open the battery cover and open the cover at the left of were to put the wii disc then click them at the same time but dont let your finger there for more than 10 seconds

The lights just flash when turned on then they go off again, we have changed the batterys several times
In most cases, the wii fit will not stay on unless a wii fit compatible game is running and is asking you to turn on the wii fit board.

You may need to resync the wii fit board and wii. You'll have to press the red button on the wii (next to sd card slot) and red button on the balance board next to batteries.

Every time i set up the wii fit board it causes the
if you hold the sync button on the wii system it causes all other remotes to be deleted. You need to let go of the red button before ten seconds is up.

Wii Fit Board won't register with Wii Fit software
Nintendo had me set and reset the console and then the Wii fit board. They also had me take out the batteries from the Wii fit board, and repeat the reset. Apparently this works in many cases. IT didn't work for me, so now I'm bringing the unit in for repair. I am just a week past my 90 day warranty- they are charging me 47 bucks to fix it! What a sham! that's half the cost of what I paid for the darn thing!

"Step Off Me and Press A" message while not on wii board
When you get this message, lift the board off the ground, press A, and wait until you get to the confirmation screen before placing the board back on the ground. You may have to try a few times to get the timing right. I have no idea why it thinks someone is on the board, but this workaround has solved the problem for us. Good luck.

wow ur daughters mean! but for buying a replacement disc, i havent heard of a wii fit being sold without the board, u can try ebay but its unlikely. and as the disc has been physically damaged u won't be able to get nintendo to replace it either, (possibly speak to them nicely and they MIGHT replace it for a fee). if you wait a while, when more games come out that use the balance board, then nintendo may decide to sell wii boards and wii board compatible games seperately, but in all cases it seems that you may have to buy a new wii fit.
