Error code E:27
Just fixed the E:27 error code. Just turn dial to off and hold down delayed start button and spin selector button and turn dial to the left one click (cold). It should then click and open. open the door and turn back to off. Everything should go back to normal. this is something that should have been in the manual.

lots of errors can be caused by the motor burshes
lots of people will think na they are ok they dont need replaced
however this is actually the case your right they dont need replaced yet
BUT what happens is as they wear the carbon left over dust from them ends up on the case of the motor and more important the electrical plug and socket on it
this causes a current to flow accross the carbon dust
and can upset the normal operation of the motor and the speed sensor and motor condition anaysis
so you can get a ghost error just caused by carbon dust
when you open the machine simply use a dry paint brush and give the motor a good brush around
to remove the conduction path
this dust can lead the the main in your homes safety sensors tripping
i fix this fault about 20 times a day!!!!

Timed out on drain cycle, basically you either have an outlet blockage or something is trapped in the pump, you can check the pump by opening the bottom right flap on the front panel,manually emptying the w/m and checking the pump filter for coins etc. Also, check the outlet isn't blocked.

First, unplug your washer. After that find the little round plate below your drum opening on the exterior of the washer. It should have a small hole in it. Use something to gently push trough this hole and twist the cover off, Inside there you will find the drain access. Be careful, if there is water in your drum this will make a mess when you unscrew the drain access. Take the usual precautions and unscrew the drain access slowly until it is off. Remove any obstructions and replace access door and cover. Clean up any mess and plug back in your washer and try again. takes about thirty minutes to an hour depending on how much water is in the drum.

E27 means there is a problem with the door lock. Unplug the machine for 5 minutes and try again. If the error code returns you will need to replace the door lock assembly.

That the message means that the door locking mechanism has malfunctioned and/or is overheating. It is recommended that remove power from the appliance (unplug it) for 30 minutes and try again. If this doesn't remedy the error code, you'll need to replace the door lock.

error 27 is the door lock, unplug machine for 30 mins or so, then replug, possibly closing the door too hard messes up the sensor/switch in the door lock assy, if all else fails replace door lock.
