When <LOAD CORRECT PAPER> appears on the display, the size of the paper in the paper cassette or multipurpose tray is different from that of the paper specified in <PAPER SIZE> for <CASSETTE> or <MP TRAY>. You need to load the correct size paper or change the paper size in <PAPER SIZE> for <CASSETTE> or <MP TRAY>.
Check if the size of paper loaded in the paper cassette or multi-purpose tray meets the paper setting specified in the machine.

check the following:
1. The paper size specified on the printer driver screen
2. Paper loaded in the machine
3. The paper size set in <PAPER SIZE> for <CASSETTE> or <MP TRAY>

Hello, here is the actural solution to the problem without having to fix the problem every time. only one time do this and your problem will be solved. First, go to control pannel, then go to printer and devices, then right-click on the printer, then selct printer preferences, then go up top to select the icon for edit profile, then go to the bottom left of the open window, then select apply setting from application. After you have done that you can go to what ever application you are using then set the your paper size to whatever you want and make sure you do the same to the printer, and all your problem is solved

I had same thing happen after a fresh Windows install. It was hard to figure out since it had been working fine until then, but luckily it is simple to fix. Open the Start Menu > Settings > Printers and Faxes folder. Then right-click on the Canon MF4100 Series printer and choose Printing Preferences. In there, change the Paper Size to Letter (instead of A4). You may also have to do this in the Print setup for whatever program you're using to print.

I had the same cr@p of the problem yesterday. The problem was not in the paper. You have to do 2 simple things, from which one will solve the problem.
first, download the latest drivers and install them.
And the more important thing, the problem occurred due to incorrect paper format. Solution is very simple. Open MS word or something similar, file->print.. and before you print open Properties menu. There for the Output Size will be selected "Match Page Size". you don't want that (i don't know why it doesn't work), but the solution is manually select A4, or whatever your page size is.

I would recommend trying to restore factory settings; you can usually find this info on the manufacturers website. if that doesn't work, you have a faulty sensor somewhere, and you need it replaced. I can't provide you with much more because you didn't give me enough info(printer type, etc) sorry. don't forget to rate.

My Xerox Phaser 6128MFP printer flashes a red light with a "Load paper in Tray" message, when the specific paper size and type are already same in the tray.

If the paper size is correct in the printer and the printer and it's possible to print off a test print in both the printer control screen or directly from the print driver utilities if that works then the only thing I can suggest is the item you want to print is defaulted to a different size. i.e. Check that the word processor your using is set to the size you have in the printer. Imperial size pages will look very similar on screen as does the A4. Printers don't automatically fix paper print sizes you just have to check and recheck for differences. Removing the tray only reafirms to the printer that the size might be incorrect and your going to fit the correct size.
As for the red light all printers behave differently in certain error conditions. Have you also tried to print out something you printed at a time the printer was working correctly. In other words try printing out a different file. Maybe, trying to print off a test print of one line of the alphabet, and then go from there.
Good luck,

Load mp feader a4

Please determine what size you are trying to print (A4, Letter, Legal, etc.). The printer is requesting A4 sized paper in the maunal paper feeder becuase either you selected manual feed or the setting for the default try (usually tray 1) is not set to the correct paper size. In your case, make sure the green slide adjustment on tray 1 is set to A4.

Epson Stylus PHOTO R220 red lights keep flashing

I hope this will help you :)
* Green Power light flashes- The printer is receiving a print job, replacing an ink cartridge, charging ink, or cleaning the print head.
* RED paper light is On- If the CD/DVD try guide is open, close the CD/DVD tray guide, load paper, then press the paper button. Your paper ran out or multiple sheets loaded at the same time . Load paper and press the paper butoon to resume printing.
* RED paper light flashes- Paper is jammed in the printer. Press the paper button to eject the jammed paper. If the light is still flashing , open the cover and remove all paper, including any jammed or torn pieces. Then reload paper and press the paper button to continue printing.
* RED Ink Light Flashes - One or more cartridges are low on ink. Check the message that appears on your screen to determine which cartridge is low, or follow the instructions in " Checking the Ink Supply". Make sure you have a replacement cartridge.
* RED Ink Light is ON- One or more cartridges are out of ink or not installed. If you have just installed a new cartridge, it may be incomaptible with the printer or incorrectly installed. Reinstall it or replace it with the correct cartridge
* RED Ink and RED paper lights flash alternately- The CD/DVD tray guide was left open when you turned on the printer or when printing on paper. Just simply close it/
* Green Power Light is Off; RED paperand RED Ink Lights flashing- Paper may be blocking movement of the print head. Turn off the printer, then open the cover and remove any jammed paper or other foreign objects. Turn the printer back on again. Or it may have an internal error. Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, then turn it on again.

My canon ir 2018 is asking me to load correct paper in the tray even when the paper size is correct and all the settings are correct. It would print one copy then ask to load paper, i pull out the tray and...

Check the proper orientation of the paper. For example, if you are loading A4 size. In your tray you can find 2 A4 size. Select A4R in you want to position your paper Landscape or A4 if portrait.
To verify also the correct paper size, put your paper on the platen glass. Markings on the two sides of the platen glass shows the correct paper size.

Error code 92

It sounds like the print job you are sending is probably on A4 and the machine is set to A4 or has A4 in the tray.

Try changing the page size that you send to the printer and ensure the paper size in the tray is the same as the print job AND that the tray sizes are set correctly.

Flashing light

Here is what HP has on the subject of the triangle light flashing:
c00028322.gif 1 - Attention Light 2 - Ready Light 3 - Go Light Figure 2: Printer light key c00028323.gif 1 - Symbol for light off 2 - Symbol for light on 3 - Symbol for light blinking
c00028328.gif Door open, media out, no print cartridge, or media jam

The printer is in an error state that requires operator intervention or help. Check the following:
  • The print cartridge door is completely closed.
  • Media is loaded.
  • The print cartridge is correctly installed in the printer.
  • There is no media jam.

Figure 8: Paper jam c00028328.gif 13.JJ.NT JAM IN TRAY 1

13.JJ.NT JAM IN TRAY X

The Attention LED is blinking. Check paper loading then open and close top cover.

When there is a jam in tray 1, verify the paper is loaded correctly, open and close the top cover. Pressing GO is ignored.

When there is a jam in tray X, verify the paper is loaded correctly, open and close the top cover. Pressing GO is ignored. These are the error explanations for just the flashing triangle light, there are many more, but none for just the flashing triangle.

If the light pattern is different let me know (other lights on as well)
-Hope this helps.
