Selecting music on the system

Does it say "Mute" or do you mean you just can't hear anything even when the volume is turned up? If it doesn't actually say mute check and make sure you have the correct source selected. Many radios have a selector button or menu choice for source. If it was touched and changed to another source such as "Line in" and you don't have a portable music source plugged into the line in jack nothing will come out of the radio because nothing is going in. Same is true if set to CD and no CD is in the radio to play.

if you are stuck in gear it is not a basic rebuild but a bad rebuild
because of the design of the gear selection process , it is impossible to have 2 gears selected together as one selector shaft will not move unless another selector shaft is in the correct position ( neutral ) to allow the detente balls to move out of the way so the next selector shaft can move
it is possible that the gear stick is not in the correct position when it was installed back onto the top of the box and one gear was selected and the end of the lever came out of the selector slot or all the selectors were not in the neutral position and so the end of the lever went behind a selector rail
pull the gear lever turret of the top of the box, move the selector rails until they all line up as a slot across all of them , then put the gear lever end back in that neutral slot

The machine has a 'hold' in the blank (or red) posiiton. You have to push the selector dial in a little bit then turn it. If it is in the red position it will only turn clockwise.

1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE. (VP-D353(i)/D354(i)/D355(i) only)
3. Press the MENU button.
4. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select Camera, then press the Menu selector.
5. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select Digital Effect, then press the Menu selector.
6. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select the desired Digital Effect mode, then press the Menu selector.
7. To exit, press the MENU button.

Hello sir; Check the scaner unit, when you make copy does mirrow move out and return to home if not check the mirrow motor or cable.

You probably already did this, but here is the proper method to change the backlight timer:
1. Press Menu button to return to the Main Menu.
2. Move to Settings and select it.
3. Select Display.
4. Select Backlight.
5. Press |<< or >>| button to select desired backlight timer.

go to samsungusa.com Download the samsung PC studio 3. hook the beat to the computer via usb. enter PC studio and select multimedia manager. click on files and select get files. you'll have 3 options. select from PC. search your PC for music and select get file. left click then right click on the file of choice and select to phone. after a while you will see a message that says insufficent storage. you wil then disconnect the phone and go to menu then fun and apps then files then music then the subfolder titled music. choose options and select move to memory card or copy to memory card (optional only if you have one). by the way, if you want to use a music file as a ringtone, copy is what you want, but the song will appear twice on your music list. lather, rinse, repeat.
