If you use Dsl as a internet provider make sure you have the filters on each phone. If you use cablevision and have a wireless connection make sure you chage the phone to a 5.2ghz because you might have the wireless router with the same ghz causing a coflict. This will also create loss. of internet connections then you use the phone

Hi,

Please use your manual to factory reset your phone and then use the manual to set the phone up as you initially did in order to overcome this issue.

Our KX-T7735 phone system is not working, yet our phone service is live. Is there a code we need to unlock?

Have you tried pushing to CO button and then dialing out?? Otherwise unplug the phone from the wall and power, pull batteries and wait half hour and reconnect.

Panasonic kx-tg2511e two-tone dial tone

It's stutter dialtone and indicates you have voicemail. Once you clear your voicemail the stutter tone will go away. You may also have a visual indicator that you have voicemail like a light or icon on the display.

I bought five Panasonic KX-T7730X phones. The business i work for has a Panasonic KX-TD1232 system. I unpack all phones and tried it on different extensions and won't work. there isn't ant pulse....

A TD system is a DIGITAL phone system and the 7730 phones are ANALOG. I don't know what X means, but I guess they're not from the US :-). Anyway, the ANALOG phones need 4 wires to work, instead of the 2 that the digital phones have. If your installer was lazy and didn't cross-connect 4 wires at the frame or put in 4 bridge clips on each jumper, then you don't have a voice path. Or, XDP is turned on and you'll have a bit of a problem.

If you have an IM and a PM for the TD system, you can find the wiring diagram and the instructions to read the XDP status. Quick answer is the first 2 of every 3 pairs will run to your phone. If you start with a digital phone in the port first, turn on XDP and plug a single line set into the XDP port, you will get dial tone (may have to dial 390 or 391 to enable/disable the XDP twinning) and that dial done will be different from the digital phone. If you don't get dial tone, your first pair wiring is missing. Fix that, turn off XDP and you 77xx series phone will now work in the port.

Not getting a dial tone for two days on my TG2431;

first off I would want to know if there is dialtone getting to the phone. I would unplug the cord going to the phone at the phone itself. I would then plug that cord into a known good working phone. If you can get dialtone from this phone then you know it is making it to the questionable set. if not then try another cord.

Cannot call out or answer a call

The only thing I can think of is you may be in the wrong dial mode. If you do not have touch tone service you will hear the tones but it will not connect. Try setting it to pulse and see if you can call out. Check you volume or see if the mute has been set. Have you tried a different phone? you might want to borrow a phone from a neighbor to see if it is a service problem or just your phone.

Changing an ordinary phone to a PABX Phone

The KX-T7730 is a proprietary phone that needs to be connected to a Panasonic phone system. It sounds like you took the phone home and are trying to use the special features. These phones are "dumb terminals" everything is performed (and stored) at the control unit.
