When I purchased the copier it can copy from the glass however when sending a job to the EX12 fiery nothing prints. I get a blank document. No error codes shows up. I looked on the Xerox site for any patches for the fiery, but I don't think it is the fiery. I did a test print directly from another fiery (X12) I have available, but the test print also printed nothing. Is it my copier or is it the fiery. If it is a patch, please email me the link from Xerox. If it is the copier, please let me know the part I need to replace. Thanks!
There is no 1 part that deals with this issue i'm afraid. The copy from the glass uses all the boards in the same path that a print uses. It definately rules out the machine fault. I would guess that the machine isn't set up properly to receive these fierys. Just make sure all connections are secure, if not try other cables.

I connected the Fiery EX12 to another docucolor 12 and it worked. So, I know it is the copier. Do you know what I need to do so the copier can accept the fiery EX12. It was working fine for months and all of a sudden stop printing. I just get a blank document. Is there a way to go into the diagnostic and correct the problem?
