Adjustments for picture size unavailable

Option 1 - reorder the remote online
Option 2 - test different universal remotes and codes. The easiest way is to use the smartphone universal remote apps. You may eventually find the right code for your television that allows you to access the menu and the feature you are looking for.

Good luck.

Lost remote for emerson lc320em8 32 in. lcd tv, how can i adjust the screen mode to get full screen without the remote?

Hello
It is immpossible to set its screen resolution or screen size, without it remote control. Try to get one original remote control, from the authorised service center for Emerson at your town, or buy a universal remote control, which have setup codes for Emerson TV with it. OK.

I have a 26" fluid plasma T.V. I did not recieve

If this is the remote that goes with this television, and this is not a universal remote or one for a different model it does not need to be programmed. There is often a button on the remote that adjusts the picture size. It may be wide, format, view mode, aspect, zoom, and etc. This option may also be in the menu if there is no specific button for this task. However there are reasons that the screen size will not adjust even when pressing the proper button.

Now if you are using a cable box or satellite tv receiver there may be a button on your cable or satellite remote that will adjust the picture size. It is usually hdzoom # on the cable remote and format or aspect on the satellite remote. Picture format may also be in the cable box or satellite tv receiver's menu options.

However if you are connecting with an over the air antenna or direct cable and you are watching a high definition program this sometimes happens. You will not be able to adjust the screen size. Also if you are using a cable box or satellite tv receiver and it is set at a higher resolution than what the television is designed to display then this will happen and there will be no way to adjust the picture size. The cable box or satellite tv receiver could also be connected to your television with a coaxial cable to the rf/tv input. If you are in that input rather than the av, component, or hdmi input then this can happen.

How do i change screen sizes whithout a remote?

you can attempt to navigate the menus to get to the setting.

push menu on the side of the tv

volume up and down will go left and right in the menu
channel up and down will go up and down in the menu

my insignia has no enter button so hopefully you can push menu, mine won't work and i have to put enter on the remote. you can try to program a universal remote, if you can get that one button you maybe can adjust.

some cableboxes or sat boxes will let you adjust the pic size in their settings. try looking for a setting here too if it applies.

Zoom adjust on RCA D52W19 tv WITHOUT remote

if you have the original remote, your right and left arrow keys adjust the size, if size changes during commercials, get into your options and turn off the auto-size option, if you don't have the original remote, you must find a universal with proper mright and left arrow buttons.

How do I use the remote to cont bass & treble for rxv-657 reeiver

No, Tone controls are on the front of the unit only. If your passing video thru the unit you can go into the setup menu from the harmony and adjust all the sound parameters that way "on screen" The only "EQ" capabilities are for the Center channel only. You can adjust "speaker size". "Large" setting will give you a little lower response. "Small" will crossover the speaker at "100hz" That's about as far as tone adjustment goes on this unit. Hope this helps
