I have a creative sbs a100 speaker(2.1) and i have an e series vaio but wen i connect my speakers to the laptop it makes a radiation type sound.i am an aspiring singer so to hear my voice clearly i need to solve this problem.i have a toshiba , a dell and a lenovo but the speaker works like flowing water for all these laptops.when i showed my speakers to the service centre they told its totally alright and my vaio is also perfectly fine.please helppp as soooooooooooooon as possible. I HAVE SOME MIXINGA ND HEARING AND SINGING TO DO and about all teh songs and info si on my vaio and my pendrive doesnt seem to be working so with the 3 laps in my house alos am helpless..plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz helpp

Well, there is 2 option here, 1) your sound speakers are not connected corretly or in the right slots on the sound card.
2) your sound card, (internal or external) you have to use the mixer on software to put the right channels for the music you heard. try configuring in control panel, in multimedia devices, the speakers. for 5.1 system, or 2 way speakers or 3

Hi.........i have a compaq presario 700 series.In my laptop if i plugged my headphone into my laptop the lap speakers cant stop working,both laptop and headphone speakers are working

normal stereo sound its not 5.1 if your hearing music its stereo and not in 5.1 channels, you need to activate the Creative Sound EAX sorround mix, check on the EAX console, there you can simulate 5.1 or clone the 2.1 channels to the rear speakers, i like more the simulation works better... simply sends some freqz to the rear speakers

you are going to need a external sound card.
the creative 5.1 speakers are design for dekstop computer with upgraded sound card.
the laptop or any laptop only produce mono or stereo at best. The building sound card are not design for high quality sound.

Hi you can try this:

From Start, go into Control Panel, then select Sounds, Speech & Audio devices, then Sounds and Audio Devices again.

On Volume tab, click on Advanced. Now choose Laptop stereo speakers. This may sort out the problem. Try the other options if they still don't work.
