Can't access video on a website

I subscibed to www.icenetwork.com. When I try to upload a video I get an error message that reads: "Cntent was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certifidate. Icenetwork suppost says this is a computer problem and I needed to contact the manufacturer. That's you. I have a Demention 2400 running Microsoft xp home. version 2002 service pack 3. CeleronR cpu 240 Ghz 512 MB ram. I have tried using both the microsoft browser and the ATT Yahoo browser. Same result.

Click Start, click Run, type timedate.cpl, and then click OK.
In the Date and Time Properties dialog box, click the Date and Time tab, and then set the correct date and time. To do this, follow these steps:
1. In the Date box, click the current month in the month list.
2. In the year list, click the current year.
3. In the calendar, click the current date.
4. In the Time box, click to select the hour, and then use the up or down arrow to adjust the hour. Repeat this procedure for the minute and second settings.
5. Click AM or PM, and then use the up or down arrow to change to AM or PM.
6. Click the Time Zone tab, and then click the time zone for your current location in the Time Zone list.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Page 99 onwards. It doesn't look like you can easily. Page 95 does say

Switch to the Sharing mode (to send files by email or upload files to websites, such as Flickr or YouTube).

Read the manual carefully.

How do i make videos on youtube?

Most video editing programs will output your completed video to YouTube. Some are free, some reasonable priced and some expensive. It rather depends on the quailty you want for the finished video. You can subscibe to other YouTube members without uploading any video's. You just need to set up a YouTube account. You will need to this to upload a video too. You create your own "channel". It's all on the YouTube page.

are you uploading from your phone or from a PC?

If from a PC, try thisL

* use Chrome to upload, instead of Internet Explorer or Firefox
* Go to the upload page
* before you upload, look for the URL in the address bar. Change the 'http' to 'https' and press enter to reload the page.
* then, upload normally.

The HTTPS version of Youtube's upload page has some error correction that helps it overcome the occasional hiccup the internet encounters.

On certain websites I keep getting error118

eRROR 118 only means that the Website you are trying to Access is Down possibily the Server just Rebooting or they could be Altering the Page that you are Trying to Access another possibility is that the website is blocked by a firewall configuration or the administrator of the network

How can i access those blocked websites like videos?or fb?

try to use a 3rd party proxy site like www.ninja.com and try to run your FB or friendster there. but i bet you its a bit slower coz you are using a website within a website. be patient.

Hi..seems you are trying to edit SharePoint Portal sites using frontpage...open the same using sharepoint designer and with proper administrator credentials..(usually it prompts when you connect to server using a client machine)...All changes done to the application files are then committed on the server- end and will work absolutey fine../
