Just bought a hoover upright windtunnel plus cyconic and when I first used it, it makes this weird noise. it sounds like the spinning brush is hitting the top of the plastic housing unit. it gets better when you raise the carpet height settings. is this normal?
No, brush roller shouldn't be touching anything,its under warrenty so take it to a hoover repair shop with your proof of purchase and they will fix it at no cost to you.something like that they might be able to fix it while your there because it won't take long. please leave feedback
