Hi Robert Burch - From what you have described the unit could possibly have a communication problem with the control panel. However, if the unit is not producing any heat please have a professional diagnose the heating element and the blower assembly as well. Either, or, could be faulty at this time. This is not a typical DIY job so please consult a professional.

Inside, the drum rides on rollers that support it. The bearings fail and will squeak. The noisy one will have to be replaced. You will have to open it up and try to locate the noisy one.

The identification label from a Frigidaire Gallery Commercial Heavy Duty Moisture Sensor drier has come off. I need to download operating/user manual. How can I get the serial no. or model no. The drier is 4 years old.
Good Afternoon Gwen - Try reprogramming the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If issue persists, then the unit could possibly be experiencing an issue with a wiring failure, EOC (electronic oven control), sensor probe and/or faulty bake or broil element. I would strongly recommend consulting a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.

I took the top off the dryer and turned it around to check if any wires were loose and It ended up being a burnt wire. The ground wire was burnt off because of some wire showing. My mom said that the professional got a new power supply Chord, hooked it up and where the green wire was grounded replaced the metal that connected it to the machine. My mom said there was some bare wire showing that caused the problem. Once he hooked the new power chord up and fixed the replaced the new metal piece the dryer worked perfectly. It cost $100 bucks. I didn't try to fix it because I wasn't sure if the place where we bought it put the chord on wrong or what.
