does anybody know a website where i can get software and driver for the Polaroid x530 camera? Even on the Polaroid-Website aren´t any informations.

Here is the driver from Polaroid's website for your camera. i633 Driver It should allow you to download pictures from your camera.
Also, incase you need it, here's a link for the user manual. User Guide (English)It should describe in greater detail how to download your pictures.

Make sure you have installed the software/drivers for the polaroid i633. Many cameras require you have software installed on the computer hard drive in order to detect that camera. If you do not have the software/cd, then you should be able to find all you need at the polaroid website.
Many other cameras of recent times do not need special software, and will see the camera storage as a hard drive.
Go to www.polaroid.com select your country click support enter your model number - i531 click the picture of the i531 camera under get software, click i531 Driver click download now save to your machine & install
