How to instal my bluethoot in my pc

You have to use a Bluethoot Keyboard, and also you can connect a bluethoot Mouse.
After that power on your keyboard/mouse and search in bluethoot for near by devices you will see your keyboard/mouse.
That simple.. I have a Perfect Choice (PC-200680) Bluethoot Keyboard with no mouse.

If your laptop is bluetooth enabled then install the bluetooth driver. When the bluethoot driver is installed and the bluetooth is switched on then the laptop will detect any bluetooth device that is within range and you can select that device to connect with your laptop.

Reboot your computer and tap F2 to enter the setup, in the menu there should be an option for onboard devices. Please ensure that the bluetooth is enabled. Save your changes and reboot.

use the bluethoot connections from the phone and use usb bluethoot stick in pc , use ivt bluesoleil software for make the connection
so you can transfer data between both

I think that the bluethoot of your pc or your LG KU990 (Viewty) Has no name. Your bluethoot address have a IP address but for the windows you need to put nthe name. Give your device a name that windows can find and vise versa. Most bluethoot softawe find the phone but sometimes you have to it in a otherway. Remove the item in the profile list of your bluethoot software that you made it for the phone. Now sometimes you have to turn off and on your phone cause there will be a program still running on the background of your phone. So when you want to find your LG KU990 (Viewty) you have to do it vise versa. Find your Pc or Laptop with your LG KU990 (Viewty) in this way the bluethoot will find the address and ask you for a security code. In this case you can make a password. EXAMPLE 1234 or NicKy what ever you want. Then the bluethoot software will setup the modem drivers of your phone so you make an connection with the bluethoot. Sometimes you have to reinstal the drivers to make the software work correctly. I hope this will help you out. Fallow the steps when the drivers will be ready to install. Best regards; Henk Muskita.

go to control panel, classic view, bluetooth. self explanitary from there, unless ur dell is like mine and doesnt have the hardware installed!! so youve just got a light that wont do anything

There is an solution for this one.

Try this:

Don't connect or search your phone by the bluethoot dongle
settings. Make sure that the program is running and the bluethoot
dongle is alive.

Now find the bluethoot settings on your phone.
Before you choose for new devices make sure that your
phone settings MY device visibillity is on.

Go back to the bluethoot menu and choose Search for new device.
Your laptop will be found by your phone.

A screen appear on the laptop and ask for a password to get connected with your phone.

Choose a password in numbers and use the same numbers as you did putit in on your laptop on the phone.

When this is done the laptop will find your phone.
now you can turn of the visibillity of your phone and make the
device profile on your phone ( your laptop ) authorised.

So you do not have to put in the password everytime when you
make a connection with your laptop.

Acer Aspire 3620 does not have on board bluetooth communication device !
If u use other bluetooth device u must use it's drivers, so go on it;s producers site and download them from there ....
