These sealed beam headlights have a chrome ring around the outside edge...this ring must be removed by one screw located in the ring...you can just loosen it to remove...usually located at the bottom of the bulb...when this is removed, you will see 2 or 3 springs attached to the bulb...these also need to be removed and you can then slide the bulb out from behind the chrome trim...reinstall in reverse...hope this helps.
I'd have to see it to say for sure, but since you asked this question twice I will give an answer fort this one. Generally you would remove the screws holding the arm rest on, pop the window crank and door handles off, and then use a door panel tool to pry the panel from the door. Usually there are clips around the edge holding the panel to the door. Sometimes there are screws along the bottom in addition to the clips.
I have had this problem and had to reset the CMOS. Simply removing the CMOS battery is not always enough. Shut off your computer and disconnect the power. Then find the CMOS jumper, usually near the battery, and remove it, taking careful note of the pins it connected. Move it to the far pins and wait a few minutes. Then move it back to its original position, plug your computer back in and restart it. You may need your Windows disk to get everything working properly again.
Does the keyboard light up and if it is an optical mouse then do u see any light under the mouse? If not then try any other keyboard and mouse. If they do not work either try this. Unplug all the cables from the back of the pc. make sure not a single cable(power cable too) is connected on the back of the pc. then press the power button and hold it for 30 seconds. Then reconnect only the power, monitor, keyboard and mouse and check if they are working or not. If fails. then most likely the motherboard has gone bad.
