On the page you will need to download and install the driver for your printer. Download the file to your computer, click on it and install it. Then reboot the computer and all will work fine.

You will also find other software to manipulate photos,etc., which is optional for you to download. As well you will find on the bottom of the page, your user manual for your printer. They've got the latest drivers and software for all their printers online. You can download a fresh copy...no password needed.

make sure you installed the software properly..sometimes some software requires you connect the printer first then install software...other times you install software first then install printer....make sure the settings are set up the same on the printer and computer....make sure all connections are secure..check owners manual...

First, disconnected the printer from the computer and turn it off.
if you have the CD that came with the pirnter, install the software from the CD.
if not go to the link and download the driver and software

restart the computer, turn on the printer and connect the printer to the computer.

Download this if you have Windows XP
Download this if you have Windows Vista

You need to download the software for Vista in order for you to mae the printer work on the vista computer, Just go to this link and download the software for vista of this printer , Just check this option there "I have read and understand the information above, and wish to download the designated software" then proceeed with the download...
