Zebra TLP2844 does not print the barcode label
Can you print the barcode using the software that come with the printer. Zebra TLP2844 come with basic Designer software. Test whether it's printing the barcode or not.
IF it prints the barcode via its software, then you might be having barcode font problem between your application/os and the printer.
2844 paper sticks out
You need to set the reverse option on the driver, to reverse at end of label.

Zebra driver for mac
OS X 10.5.2 and above have built-in ZPL and EPL drivers. Plug the printer in to USB, go to System Preferences > Print & Fax, click + , and choose the Zebra driver. For the LP2844 you choose the EPL2 driver.
Loftware labels printing off staggered.
Most reasons for this is a slight adjustment problem with page length. You can recalibrate the printer via the menu system, doing it this way will adjust the sensors with new settings

This is an easy printer to fix since there is only one control button. Turn the printer off. Hold the green feed key down while turning the printer on; once the red light begins flashing, let go of the feed button. This will do three things: the printer will calibrate with the installed media, it will print a configuration label and the printer will go into dump mode. Press the feed key again. One more label will come out with with the words "Out of Dump" printed at the top. If the printer still fails to print, remove the ribbon and try the same procedure with direct thermal labels (UPS or FedEx). From there, consult the manual for more troubleshooting tips.

u have to create your label at printer properties.if prints doesn't fix your label, this problem appears.( for 80x40 cm barcode: open printer properties-printing defaults - label size - new custom size or new label - write your sizes at size fileds- and save) open your app, and create new file, type your sizes for new file, and print it!

This could be a print head problem but without seeing it it is hard to say can you scan the labels and let me see them? this help with diagnosis.
