I have a problem that this machine is counting pages that are full gray scale as color. I was told that if a page was full grayscale (with no process colors in it ) that it would count a black print. We get charged a LOT more for color prints than for black and white! The document I am working on is front page CMYK and back page 100% gray scale. I am positive that there is no 100% K or 100% CMYK. I work in Corel Draw and I'm hoping that the problem isn't in there. Thanks for any help!
I changed my image/graphic into a bw bitmap image. It worked for me. I get charged one side color and the other side bw.

I tried to solve this problem by pulling apart my pages piece by piece and have discovered that it is the grayscaled photographs that make the machine print the page as process. Haven't found a way to get around this though. I sure dislike my new printer!
