The front end of the vehicle has several parts that cause the front end to shake. Have you had the front end checked for bad tie rod ends, That is the most common problem.Another thing when does it shake? If it shakes while applying the brakes it could be the rotors need to be turned or it could be both the tie rod ends or the rotors.
If the shaking is during the spin cycle and you are using the High setting change it to Medium. This may fix the problem and the clothes will probably come out even dryer since the drum is not banging around.
Most common cause for the machine to shake during the spin cycle is due
to a unbalanced load. A load of a couple of small bulky items or a
small load in general may not be able to distribute the weight properly
causing the machine to be unbalanced. It is best to wash full loads
whenever possible. We have a brand new front loader as well, our first
load about took the walls down...We just tossed a couple things in to
see how it worked....thats how I learned to wash full loads. Now with
the knowledge of why it shook so bad, we have had no more problems.
Hope this helps

make sure the transport tie downs have been removed during installation and that all four feet are adjusted properly so machine does not rock. Also make sure your floor is reasonably solid.
