Yes, the DMC-FZ20 can record videos in 320x240 resolution. Refer to the "Motion image mode" section on page 56 of the manual.

SOURCE: How do I delete a picture on the Panasonic LUMIX DMC-LC40

When reviewing the images on the LCD with the image you want to delete showing on the screen you push the button that has a trash can icon. The camera will ask you if you want to delete the file yes/no; scroll to yes and use the right arrow button to confirm.

SOURCE: The photos aren't downloading from

Make sure you have the Mac driver for your camera. Install the Mac driver that came with the CD. Try to use a different USB cable. You can also try to isolate the problem by plugging your camera to a Windows OS computer like windows xp and vista.

SOURCE: lumix DMC- FZ30 - screen is black when camera is turned on

Hello,
I understand that you've tried all the obvious tricks like resetting to factory settings etc.
Sounds like a CCD/shutter failure I'm afraid. FZ30 are not known for failing CCDs, but I've seen shutters fail on various lumix-es, so in this case I would suggest replacing the shutter. To be precise, replacing the shutter itself is a massive pain in the **** on this camera. It's much easier to replace the whole lens-it contains the shutter. You'll need to get a donor camera (ebay ;) and do the transplant. Swapping the lens is relatively easy if you're ok with midly fiddly things. Oh, and make sure you take notes which screws go where when dismantling the camera - and be careful with ribbon cables for the LCD.
Good luck,
Raf

SOURCE: Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ4 black - memory card locked

Remove the SD card and slide the lock switch on it to the unlocked position. If it's already there then slide it fully to locked and then fully back again.

If this fails then you need to try another SD card to see whether it's a camera fault. If the camera is at fault then there's nothing more you can do other than to return the camera to Panasonic for repair.

Can this camera become a webcam and how

Yes, but only with the yellow (video) and white (mono audio) rca plug cable (to mini USB) that came with the camera. This plugs the camera into a composite input (yellow) found on older video cards, VHS recorders, DVD players and TVs. There is no software switch to tell the Lumix what to do when it's connected to a PC by the USB cable; it just assumes you want to transfer files. Unlike USB audio recorders (Zoom H4) which give you the choice at plug-in, audio interface or disk drive?

Panasonic lumix DMC-ZS1 - won't record video

It might be telling you that the card you have in the camera isn't fast enough to keep up with the demands of a video recording. You need to buy a more expensive card with a faster speed rating.

Panasonic lumix camera fz20eb unable to upload pics to toshiba laptop with windows vista

You should be upload pictures using a USB cable even if you do not have the additional sofware. Once you plugged in your camera, it may take a few minutes for the computer to register a new device and you should be able to view pictures using the Vista popup or in my computer from the "new device"

I cant get the zoom to work on panasonic lumix dmc-z8 while filming. It only works while taking a picture.. Can you help me please

You should read the manual.

It states that you can only zoom before you start recording video, and not while recording.

This is not a fault

Unable to get pics from camera to computer?

Tell us more about the everything!
You habe connected to USB cable from camera to Computer - Yes?
Switched on the Camera and set to 'Upload - Yes?
If you have installed the software disk- uninstall it and let the Computer sort it- which it can.
Are you using an external card reader- which is preferable to uploading from camera by the way.
Just tell me more.
