I can change all info for other mailboxes in the company but not mine (#221). I tried to do it from another phone: not working. Is my extension number assigned to another number in the admin system?

to reset the administrator pasword enter feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. password should be defaulted to 0000. then try Feature 983. if your system has 2 digit intercom #s your password is 120000 if your system has 3 digit intercom #s your password is 1020000.

the password is dependant on how many digits your extensions use. 1020000 for 3 digit and 10020000 for 4 digit, 120000 for 2 digit.
go through the screens
Mailboxes, modify, scroll to password and press change.
Will reset to 0000.

If you are not the System Administrator/Coordinator, your phone doe not have this privilege.
Please use the Feature 981 enter your password. You really should ask your Administrator to delete your mailbox and re-add it.
