Fault 49 usually points to the cold inlet valve. I have come across many with this fault that the valve tests ok and it needs the motor controller replaced.

SOURCE: fault 52

Code 52 is a loss of water during recirculation cycle. Possibly due to a faulty divertor valve. Check to see if water is circulating back into bowl & no water escaping out of the drain hose. May also be caused by a faulty motor controller.

Hi there
That fault is the pump blocked error (no change in water level).
i have a quick and easy way to solve this problem.

first turn the machine off then tilt the machine back and lean it on something(a chair or wall), look underneath, in the top right hand corner of the plastic outer boul you will see a small pump motor it has a fan on it spin this fan and if it is hard to turn that means there is somthing stuck in the drain pump keep turning the fan and try to free whatever is stuck in the pump, then try the machine on spin again all goin well the object in the pump should come out with the drain water(doing this will not harm the machine) if the object is still stuck you will need to get the water out of the machine (bailing or siphioning will work) and tilt the machine back again and take the wires off the pump and there should be a white tab on the boul holding the pump on pull this tab and twist the pump anticlockwise about a quarter turn(you will need a few towels or a boul or bucket to catch the water) and it should come off exposing the blockage.
Hope this solves your Problem.

Add clothes evenly, turn on get no water, water is turn on, makes a humming sound but is doing nothing? somebody can help please. Thanks

sounds like a valve fault. this fault can be caused by the electronic board not powering the valves also. check power to valves during fill, if power, replace valve. if no power replace board.

I ran the diagnostic on my fisher and paykel gwl 11 and it has a fault code 51. Is that more than just a diverter value?

This is error code 51
51. (00110011) Phase 5 and 6 Eco - Diverter Valve Fault
Primary: The motor controller has registered a drop in water level in the
recirculation phase of the wash cycle, water is being drained instead of recirculated.
Or water has been sprayed onto the Valve from an external source and caused the
solenoid to blow.
Action:
Turn the power off at the machine but leave the power on at the wall, then measure
the voltage across the terminals of the wax actuator, if a reading of 230V is
achieved the motor controller has failed due to the valve and both will need to be
replaced.
Secondary: Check for blockage in the valve itself or a broken hinge mechanism.
