Indoor unit showing red light blinking in nine times, ac can not start please help me what i do.

or the indoor unit board to be change

Before doing anything else, power down the main circuit breaker, so to power down each unit and reset the electronics in the whole system. If all units have gone down at the same time, this will often solve the problem.
