HI our Bowflex series 3 treadmill is giving us a continued Err L5 code when trying to use our machine. We bought it used so do NOT have ant trouble shooting instructions. Any advice?

Hi There, L5 error should refer to the "LS" error which looks up to a speed problem. When you start the machine up, it boots fine and then when you press start or go is says err ls ? If the walking belt doesn't move at all when you try to start it, listen for a "Click" on that lower board when start is pressed..... If the walking belt moves for a second and then stops and the console says err ls, then you may have a speed sensor problem. These control boards are repaired by Jatinah Electronics who can be found with a google search. Good Luck!

I have a reebok Z7 treadmill and it's showing err 2 when I switch it on

this happen can be E1 OR E2 whatever because this change from some manufacture to another. This mean:
1) LUBE the deck belt, very well
2) lube the rollers bearing
3) measure the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
4) measure the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there ARE not, the board is faulty.
see the block. Try to run the sofware calibration after you fix,
God bless you

Cant get the timer to power up, I know incoming power is on 2 and 7 .do i need to jump to other terminals?

RTE-p1ad is 24-volt AC 8-pin on-delay timer.

Manual for RTE-P1 & RTE-P2
http://www.idec.com/language/english/catalog/U908/G_Timers_RTE.pdf

geno_3245_267.jpg
I have not wired the P1 timer.
Manual shows for ON-delay, 24VAC input power goes to terminals 2 and 7
Using multimeter set to read ohms, check continuity between pins 7 and 8 to see if these pins are connected internally, or if you need jumper.
Also check continuity between pins 1 and 2 for same.

When power is applied to 2 and 7, the ON delay countdown begins.
When countdown ends, the switches are activated.
geno_3245_268.jpgSwitches are represented by angled line that connects to terminals 1 and 8. When countdown ends, the switch moves left and and completes circuit to other wire.

Using multimeter set to 24VAC, you can check each of the pins by putting power to 2 and 7 and checking which pins have power after countdown ends.
The NC normally closed terminals are 1 and 4, and 5 and 8, so it appears that these terminals are ON all the time until countdown ends and 'contacts transfer power.' Test the pins to be certain.

There are contact numbers for product:
USA: (800) 262-IDEC or (408) 747-0550, Canada: (888) 317-IDEC

Possible explanations and work-arounds based on various blood pressure monitors..net is if it has worked religiously like mine had and this error comes up, and the simple fixes below do not work, there is something internally wrong with the unit..there does not seem to be any customer reset or obvious fixes..contact the manufacturer for service..

An adequate pressure cannot be generated in the cuff. A leak
may have occurred. Replace the batteries if necessary. Repeat the
measurement.

I am looking for a download link for the First Alert ET321 with photocell. I have misplaced the original package instructions and cannot find this material anywhere! Your assistance would be greatly...

Here is how it works. The push button repeats itself in following sequence (must plug in). F 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A d 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9.
F: timer is off. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9: from dusk to dawn count down number of hours repeated every day. That's most useful to control outdoor lightings. A: from dusk to dawn count down number of hours which is randomly selected by this timer. Which is usually for indoor use to turn lights on and off for number of hours. The randomly selected hours is a security feature so that lights on (I believe the on time is within the range of 1 hour from dusk set by the timer) and off (it is randomly set, you can see the display blinking showing the selected countdown hours) shows no pattern to outsiders. d: just on from dusk and off at dawn. It is also used to control outside lights but just a little wasteful in my opinion. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9.: meaning count down number of hours starts from the time when the button is pushed so that you can have a countdown timer at any time.

Countdown tone:
There are 2 beeps every minute.
in the last minute:
50 seconds=1 beep.
40 seconds=1 beep.
30 seconds=2 beeps.

Press the 4 o'clock button to view the seconds elapsed on the hour/seconds counter sub-dial.
Press the 4 o'clock button to reset.

Resetting the Hands:
If the hands do not zero correctly, which might occur after a battery change or a violent shock, you can make adjustments by doing the following settings as long as the countdown is not in operation.
To correct the hour/seconds counter sub-dial, pull the crown out to position 2 and wait 1 second.
Press either the 2 or 4 o'clock button; the central timing hand will turn and stop [not necessarily at 12].
Press the 2 o'clock button to increment the hours/seconds counter sub-dial hand to position it at 60.
To correct the central timing hand, press the 4 o'clock button to increment the hand to the 12 position.
Return the crown to position 1.

If the battery had been replaced, the central timing hand defaults to the 10 minute position. If the battery had not been replaced, the central timing hand will return to the previously set position.

What does error 1 mean shows in incline window. happens at start, belt doesnt start after countdown?

error 1 simply means no belt movement generally. If belt moves a little it could be the speed sensor but generally it's the motor controller.
