Compressor should rapidly bring pressure down from standing pressure to running pressure when switched on. If no change, compressor not pumping. Make sure the line tap valve isn't leaking, and the gas you used was correctly charged.

Sounds more like compressor failing to pump than board fault

Compressor runs bypassed thermostat with wire that turns on and off compressor, but freezer cabinet is not cold 65 degrees evaporator fan does not turn on,condensor fan on,sttill no cold

If you have just turned it on it takes awhile for the fans to come on. The evaporator coil has to get cold about (10 to 20 degrees) and make a klixion fan switch to turn the fans ON.... Is the evaporator coils getting a frost pattern on them??? If not then the system may be low of Freon.. If the coil is completely froze up and you are getting frost back to the compressor..... then you have a bad fan switch or a door switch.... If you have a wiring diagram you can trace out the wiring.... It is usually down by the compressor or control panel... hope this helps.

Freezer isn't getting completely cold the everything is running the copper tubing that runs through the inside of the freezer for the shelves and such only about the first two feet from where it comes into...

If your condensor is clean, and your condensor fan motor is running,(some freezers do not have a condensor fan), then you have a freon system problem. Usually a bad compressor, but can be a leak or restriction. Not worth repair unless it still has a system warranty on it. Usually 5 years for most brands. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists

Fans inside freezer will not turn - no cooling - compressor fan underneath is turning

The fans are controlled with a clixon that has a cut in at 5 degrees, and cut out at 20 degrees. If the unit is running and the fans are not comng on then I would have to say you are out of freon. But your condensor fan could be running and the compressor NOT be running which could be a problem with your compressor. Find out if your compressor is running by taking an amp draw. If compressor IS running then you are low on freon. If the compressor is running and your evaporator coil is cold and your fans AREN'T coming on then your clixon is bad.

Freezer Not Fan not running!

Most all commercial freezers have some sort of fan delay/ defrost termination device. Commonly called a "Klixon" (pronounced clicks-on). It is a device that is attached to the evap. It's function is to terminate the defrost cycle when the evap reaches a certain temp, say about 50 degrees or so, to ensure there is no build up of frost/ ice on the evap. It then allows the compressor to run, and cool the evap down to a reasonable temp., say about 20 degrees, and then let the evap fan come on. It prevents overloading the compressor during a high temp condition, and it also prevents circulating warm air left from the defrost cycle. I believe this device is most likely your problem. With no air circulating, the box will no cool down.. I have seen them burn and/or slhort internally. They can come apart. too. I would look here for that problem. the True manufacturing website does not give alot of info on this piece of equipment, such as a wiring diagram but manuals are available.
Check this out and let me know how it comes out.

Evap fans not turning on

If this is a commercial unit, you're too low on refrigerant (freon). Freezer should be about a minus 10 degrees for the evap and high side is ambient converted to a psi for the type of refrigerant that is in the system plus 25-30 psi.
The evap fans will not come on because the evap is not cold enough.
Hope this helps and good luck.

Freezer wont cool

This problem could be cause by a few things. Can you tell me if your condenser is clean? If it is dirty, the heat cannot be rejected. Will you feel the large copper line going to the compressor and tell me if it is cold to the touch? If it is not col and your compressor is running you may be low on refrigerant. Also, is the evaporator frozen over? If your evaporator is frozen over you might be low on refrigerant, or you evap fans may be out.

Unit not freezing , evaporator fan wont run

If this is a Bev-Air, don't think the door switch will control the fan. At the evap, there is a temp sensor called a fan delay. When unit goes into defrost mode, this warms up. Some also serve a dual purpose. It will terminate the defrost cycle at a certain temp., say 51 degrees or so, at the evap. Anyway, when unit comes out of defrost, it keeps the fan off so it allows the evap to cool quicker and to prevent circulating warm air. This could be your problem. Not a hard fix but they can be a pain sometimes. Outside chance that the unit is low on refrigerant (freon). This will not let the evap get cold enough to trip the sensor back into position to turn the fan on. Good Luck. Restaurant Parts and More carry alot of Bev-Air stuff. 1-888-814-1110. Ask for Rick
