Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition With Service Pack 2 for PC
Try to open your windows in safe mode. (when you turn on your PC press F8 repeatedly), then choose safe mode. Once you entered on safe mode, go to start, RUN then MSCONFIG. then go to STARTUP. Uncheck all items then OK restart.
