Locked front panel on jvc 27x32 and dont have remote

The television is lock in timer mode. are there any buttons on the front panel where you can get into the menu. If, so go where it says timer and turn it off and see if that helps you.

Press and hold stop+play button on the front panel of the dvd player more than 15 sec the player will be resetting

you press and hold + button and eject button on front of unit . you will message "unlock" in front of unit.

make sure your front panel lock in your menu is not lock if is then unlock it cause it will lock everything on the tv in front and can't move anything

press and hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds

Try unplugging the tv for a few minutes. This reset the front panel lock on my JVC tv. I got it from the manual, which I found at the JVC site by Googling the specific model of the tv along with JVC and manual. I found the manual right away.

The default lock code is "0000" Then you can go in and turn off the V-chip.
