My samsung mp3 is not showing on computer

Some mp3's don't expressly charge on the computer, that why when you connect it, the computer only sees it as a flash but is not actually charging it all this while and the battery is completely down. So try and get an external charger for it, the battery may be completely dead.Or probably you need to change the battery. Hope that puts a smile on your face.

go to my computer> properties>hardware > device manager >universal bus driver>right click on it> update driver>

1.yes this time only> next 2.choose advanced option>next 3don't search i"ll update from........>next4.click on show campatible> next> next 5. now it updated then restart you computer

your problem will now soved  

both of your device have some hardware problem send it to service center for details checking.

It could be the usb cable,so shop around for another usb cable for it, if that doesn't work take it (The mp3 player) back to best buy and tell/show them what happened.

you can probably buy a USB cable at somewhere like Tandy or Dick Smiths with the correct plug on the end to plug into your MP3 player. If not I would contact Samsung and see if they can sell you one and send it to you. YOu then just plug it into your MP3 and plug the other end into a USB hub on your computer and it should charge.

wen i first got myn i had the same problem i plugged it and left it plugged in for a couple of hours and it showed there bars and was fine i dont quite no wat i did but i suggest double checking you have plugged it in prople sorry if im no help x

you cant't charge the mp3 like that because samsung and ipod are tow diferrent companies and if you could you might enup frying your mp3 so try buyng the car charger for the yp-z5.

use the USB cord, then plug you mp3 into the computer, in a few seconds the welcome screem will be showing, then you let the mp3 charge, then it will work properly... that's what happened to me
