the usb isnt able to properly fit in my samsung k5. what happened? i constantly plugg it in and at the last time i tried, it wasnt able to fit in.

Your device is not compatible with your existing OS. XP is wonderful operating system but, unfortunately, there are newer devices that will not work in that environment. Bet you a cup of coffee that if you attempt to install it in a later computer with, say, windows 7 it will work!
